I tried on my sunglasses for the first time and it was like oh my gosh I told my amazing optometrist I feel like the world is so much brighter it was like I saw the light lol I know that sounds funny but these lenses are the highest quality there amazing plus the best I got to put them in my late fathers favorite frames meant the absolute world to me thank you from the bottom of my heart.
As an Optometrist and a new customer of Elevated Digital Optics (EDO) I was invited to a tour of their lab by both Christina Creasy, Lab Representative and Grant Guilbert, CEO. I was not only impressed by their state of the art technology in lens manufacturing and streamlined systems and process but also in their passion and enthusiasm for what they do. The worst lab ever. I sent in 5 jobs to try them out. All simple single vision jobs. 2 of them took 2 weeks before a notice that lens breakage had occurred. 2 other jobs were sitting in the same state for more than a week and I needed to keep inquiring why they weren’t moving through. No good reason. Patients were mad. There’s no reason why such simple orders should take 3+ weeks. They will also send back your jobs in a padded envelope, no box, completely vulnerable to breakage - ever seen a lab do that?!
