Positive reviews are obviously fake, if you want the real reviews from real residents, go to yelp. This place is the worst in St.charles but somehow one of the most expensive. Look at the yelp reviews. Not these fake ones.
If you like the smell of pot on a daily basis! Good luck. Blows up in my vents morning, noon and night along with it in the breeze way. I have complained to the office repeatedly and nothing has been done. Vehicles repeatedly parking in the fire zone and right in front of our stairs, again have reported to the office and received NO help. If you want a smoke free environment, consider another place.
This place has the most poor greetings and worst communication ever! They also discriminate against you. Especially if you are African American. Sarah was so horrible and acts as if she hates people and also as if everyone is an inconvenience to her. I honestly don’t know how she is still employed with the company and this seems like something that needs to be reported to cooperate. I went to tour metro and was really excited but the girl who greats you directly in the front is not very friendly. She made it seem like I was an inconvenience to her. She also wouldn’t show me an apartment and told me to go look on Facebook at the videos. She was young about mine and my fiances age. Despite this interaction I decided to apply.
