I do not recommend living here. I’ve had nothing but bad experience since I moved in. My dryer wasn’t working properly when I first moved in. I put in about 5 request to maintenance because it was taking forever for my clothes to dry and then by the 5th request they finally fixed it. My air conditioner was out for a whole week during the hot summer and they were no help with trying to accommodate me. Don’t recommend moving here and avoid at all costs if you can. Takes ages to have them address concerns, they gaslight you about those concerns not “being a big deal,” and then those concerns aren’t addressed in a timely fashion, if at all.
Having been here for about four months, I tried being patient but between water damage being sloppily repaired just to cause more damage a week later and mold not being taken as a genuine concern, I just can’t not say how displeased I am with these apartments. Pick any other place do NOT give your money to these people.
They very helpful on the tour & didn’t mind answering any questions.
