Never in my life have I received such wonderful care and thoughtfulness from a medical staff. Every person in this office made me feel valued, important, and cared for. Dr. Burton saw both of my children for wisdom teeth extractions. I cannot say enough nice things about him! He and his staff were very professional, and could not have been more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend his office!
Very rude staff! My dentist gave me a referral slip for Metro OMS, to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I called to see if they accept my dental insurance. When the phone was answered I said, " Hello, my dentist gave me a referral to come get my wisdom teeth pulled, I just wanted to make sure you guys accept my dental insurance first." Without hesitation (I hadn't even been given the chance to tell her who my insurance is through) the woman replied, "no," with no further explanation and said nothing else.
Wonderful office and staff! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Burton and his office.
