I have been with metro before it was metro some 28 years now. Tried another practice 2 years ago was not happy and came back! Kelly is awesome, never would have gotten through so many things without her being there. LOVE them!!!!!
I love them!! They are a great practice and always accommodating to my needs!! All the doctors are awesome!! I highly recommend them!! There nurses and reception staff is so sweet and considerate!!
I have always been SUPER happy with this doctors office (a 5+), until today! I received a call that they shut down the livonia office (no prior notice at all) and I had to change my appt to Commerce which from my work is over an hour away! Oh and they only take appts until 4pm...SERIOUSLY! Very frustrated and upset right now especially since i JUST had my son 4 months ago and now will have to find a new female doctor. Some communication would have been nice!
Atrocious phone service worse then any medical center I have ever used, staff has attitude. Will be changing locations
