HATE THIS PLACE! Do not my recommend this place to anyone! every time we are here on time we still wait an hour and half and while doing that watch 6-10 who got here after us go in to the office and leave before we even get to go back for our appt. all the receptionist do is check you in then rudely slam the glass window and gossip and completely block out everyone waiting, give you dirty looks. Amazing doctor's office I wish it was more then an obgyn. They always make me feel comfortable and well cared for.
I love the staff here, connect with me on a personable level. Nothing makes me feel more welcomed then being called by my name while being greeted with a smile.
The ladies at the front desk at the Mercy office were insanely rude. Unacceptable wait times for visits. The Dr's are great though. Loved all of the staff at the Jennie Ed office.
