I caught inflammation/fungus on my feet and the employee's at this establishment spoke very rude to me laughed in my face when I went to discuss the issue and tell them I saw a doctor on the matter!These people come here make alot of money but will not take responsibility for there wrong this is not the American way this is not how we do business here!
Metro Nails is a really great place to go if you want to pamper yourself and get your nails done. The staff is professional, friendly and courteous. They take walk-in's or you can call ahead and book an appointment. ♀️♂️☎️ They offer manicurs & pedicuresfull and have a full range of services. I came in with bare nails and asked for a French manicure. I was asked if i wanted a full set or just polish. I decided to go with a full set and I love how my nails came out!
I’ve been a loyal customer here for a long time—countless visits, always tipped well, and I’ve sent a generous amount of business their way repeatedly. My daughter and I both come here, and I’ve complimented and recommended this salon to others many times. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion. Have been here twice, both times I have left with my fingernails being sore. I am not sure why. I left with bubbles in my cured acrylics and paid a lot of money. The last time I went I also saw multiple bugs crawling on my friends chair. Will not be returning or recommending.
Arrived at 2:04 pm for a pedicure was told just a few minutes. I’m just now getting close to being done and the worst service I ever received before. Didn’t file didn’t clean skin etc but still charged me full price 🤦♀️ don’t recommend.
