Friendly and helpful
Went to look at a camper. Online says they are open until 6. It is 4:50 and they were closing up and did not offer for us to look at the camper we drove into see. Bad customer service.
We purchased a used camper at Metro on June 26th and we were very pleased with the staff and great experience they provided! Buck( the manager) showed us the camper and was easy to work with. We were told on Saturday evening, when we purchased the camper to come back Monday morning and they would have everything hooked up and would go through everything to make sure all items are in good working condition.
