I was very unsure of what I was doing when I went into talk with Josh. They were great with my millions of questions and explained everything to me. The response time of anything, papers to be signed, questions, etc was never more then the next day, and this was over Christmas! While the customer service is top notch, so is the interest rates, mortgage payments and everything else. They were great for making it work for the numbers I gave them.
