If I never have to use this company again, I won’t. They made feel like I woke them up from their sleep. I had a pulled muscle in my lower back from falling the day before. I could barely walk. They said their gurney wouldn’t fit in my front door and they made me walk down my steps to get to the gurney. They were unsympathetic to the fact I had a total knee replacement last year and I am still having pain. The ride was the bumpiest ever. The Best EMS Service in the Rockford Area. The medical staff are very knowledgeable and set the standard in EMS. I wouldn't want anyone else saving my life. I trust their Paramedics and EMT's. Jeff Stringer is the best paramedic in the field. The Ambulances shine with perfection, just like the care they provide.
I really like the servuce they are nice and I never have any issues with them.
