John, the owner is quick to respond to service calls. Metro has done two jobs for me, in both occasions I was informed of all my options the work was done quick, professionally, and efficient.
My Experience was Awesome John and his employees are very helpful and professional, his office staff is excellent at what they do and a pleasure to work with
BE AWARE and stay away from this company. They do horrible job and awful customer service. John is a lier who is only there to rip you off. STAY AWAY from him and even stay away from any contractor that recommends him or work with him. He is an unethical, lier who have no shame on leaving your job unfinished and cursing at you. I was shocked to read his text and to realize how rude he can be to his customer. John has absolutely NO SHAME!! People like you should not be allowed to do business at all!
Great place to work. John is super nice and fair. Treats everyone with respect.
