Lisa was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we decided on a mattress and adjustable bed frame that would be a good fit for us. We needed it as soon as possible and she was able to arrange delivery and set up in three days. Delivery was as promised and the guys were polite and efficient.
Just a short note to share our experience with Lisa at Metro Mattress. I do not think I have ever had a more personalized interaction before. Lisa was extremely helpful explaining the features of our new adjustable bed. She literally "sold" my husband on this purchase. All this, and in addition, was able to recognize another couple that came in the store while she was assisting us. Lisa is an asset to your business.
Lisa was the best! 3 minutes before closing, and she invited us in and assisted us gracefully, on picking out the perfect mattress for our comfort. Thank you Lisa.
