I call every so often for maintenance requests and pop in months for my moms rent checks and always have a pleasant time. The girl at the front with the glasses is aways so cheery and bright it makes the whole interaction feel less like a chore. Metro is very attentive to all of my mother's needs since she moved in 13 years ago. Thank you!

Metro Management Co. has to be one of the worst property management company I have dealt in my entire adult life.. Theydud a double digit percentage increase in the rent, but they consistently fail to take care of the common areas in my apartment building. They are basically slumlords. I wish the city of Boston would do something about landlords like this.

As a person crippled in a wchair I sta t e that what the previous review says they are bullies. Zero respect for human decency. Won't widen my apt door to drive my wchair in my apt. So they stay in hall. Had to buy a scooter for inside. But then threaten me about them out there. Can't have it both ways. Constantly saying you owe back rent,but ! Refuse to give you rects. 1 year ago said I didn't pay oct,nov,Dec. Had to get copies cashed. Credited 3 months to another tenants act. Won't let me audit my act with an aty. Asked 23... read more

My elderly father recently discovered a serious issue with some black mold in his living space and Patty and the A Team from Metro Management came right away to Inspect, communicate, and came up with a great game plan to resolve the problem. I couldn’t be happier with The professionalism from the Staff and for always caring for him. Thank you all!
