Do not look at Breckenridge! Simply put if you have other options try to make that your residence before this place! Thats all I have to say - A person that paid their rent on time.
The day I moved in to Breckenridge (one of Metro Management's apartment complexes), the AC was broken and there were stains on the bedroom carpet. I called the office and they said that nobody could come fix the air conditioning until Monday (keep in mind this was in the middle of the summer and I was under the impression that all heating and plumbing problems have to be addressed within 24 hours per Tennessee state law).
