I didn’t know what to expect when my insurance called and told me I would be switching to this treatment facility because it was “cheaper” to get my infusions here. The staff members at my current facility grimaced and said it was sketchy. And it seems to have low ratings so I’m here to say, I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been 3 times now and am always greeted by friendly faces and being a stay at home mom, I take 2 small children with me to my hour long infusions and they set me up with a private room to help contain them. The lack of acomedations, patient care, and over all feeling of this place is terrible. I have had many infusions places and will not be going back here if I do not have to. I was given no information if I needed to bring anything to do or even bring water to drink for a two and half hour infusion. Currently sitting on a stool and not in a chair. I do not even want to get started on the staff on duty. If you have a choice pick somewhere else do. If I could give it less stars I would.
