I’ve been a patient at MIDC in Plymouth for many years, receiving IV treatments for a chronic condition. I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received—especially from the nurses, who are consistently kind, attentive, and professional. They create a comfortable and welcoming environment, and I’ve always felt well taken care of there.
Hard working doctors pleasant staff
Dr Movva would not listen to me about my medication dose. I told her my infection was getting worse. She told me it wasn’t and dismissed my concerns. It turns out I was not given a high enough dose of the medication to be a therapeutic amount. I suffered needlessly for a week because of her ego. I ended up going to Encompass healthcare where they took the time to listen, diagnose and come up with a plan to treat. They were very compassionate and friendly unlike Dr Movva and MIDC. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
