UPDATE: After a lot of back and forth, multiple calls, and leaving voicemails, Metro Honda ultimately stepped up and did the right thing. They honored my maintenance program and reimbursed my expenses, which I truly appreciate. I only wish this had been handled correctly from the very start, without the need to fight for the reimbursement. In the end, I’m glad the situation was resolved fairly.
