Tracy was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me and conduct the service necessary. I appreciated her effectiveness, transparency and communication.
Bad Experience at Metro Honda I had a really disappointing experience with Metro Honda. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and the staff had a bad attitude the whole time. They didn’t seem to care about helping customers or providing good service. I honestly expected much better from a dealership. Definitely not coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
The associates here at 440 Metro Honda in Jersey City New Jersey are amazing with their service, as always. Especially my interaction with service clerk, Ms.Tracy, she was very informative and fast paced with knowledgeable information that made our visit quick and easy.
The lady from service, very rude, she looks asian, she dont have any costumer service skills, dont even a HI, just tell me to move out of her desk and wait…. Another person told me to go to that window, as soon I got there, that were her greeting…. RUDE
