The Grandville location very unprofessional and unorganized! I’m normally not a complainer, but the office staff made me feel very uncomfortable! I will never go back and recommend to anyone!

in july my aunt was taken by ambulance to metro after the ambulance disregarded hers and my demand/ request for butterworth due to her cariologist being there and waiting for us since she was in A-fib ( the 2 hospitals are the same distance apart from where we were, i looked them both up), i arrived 10 minutes after she did and i waited almost 30 minutes before they came out to get me only because i continued to ask about her. everytime i asked questions or gave them her history and information that should have been passed ... read more

Your nurses are young, immature and rude. When a patient asks a question, you answer politely not roll your eyes. How many times did I have to ask my nurse to page Dr for IV Fluids,? 6 times. Really I'd give you zero but it doesn't allow me, your ER Dr never discussed scans about my daughter...why? They don't wash their hands when they enter patients rooms? Gross.....your respitory guy sectioned my daughter, 4 hrs later I asked him again her oxygen 88, he said no that's too much suctioning....lol. are you fricke... read more

Metro Urgent care in cascade I consider one of the best urgent care facilities. The new urgent care they have here in lowell mich doesn't have the right equipment to remove Slivers. I had a PA at metro remove 15 Slivers. Plus the doctor at wellnow urgent place told me nothing wrong with my head. PA DR LAURA removed 3 Slivers and had an infection. WOW u ppl need to build a metro in lowell. Guaranteed u would fill up the waiting room. I know 25 ppl in lowell think u need one. Make business boom

Great staff! So glad we chose metro for our first child’s labor and delivery! The doctors and nurses were outstanding! Cannot say enough about the staff and the experience we had. If it wasn’t for their attention to detail and caring we would have had to have an emergency C-section. However, they went above and beyond to keep that from happening and making sure both mom and baby were healthy. Went in with chest pain, had vitals taken and blood pressure read. Was prescribed something completely unrelated to my symptoms. $2800 for 40 minutes in a small room. Would not work with my insurance, had to pay the entire bill out of pocket. This is all during the COVID-19 crisis I might add, when times are hard for people financially. They do not care about you, only want money. Stay away at all costs.

I have been in going to metro hospitals since before my DR office was a private practice. I haven't personally been, but my girlfriend, grand niece, and grand nephew was refused to be seen. My niece and nephew have asthma and my nephew was basically still a new born. I really dislike my stupid METRO DR's in my town. They have drs that don't know what they are doing because they are to clinical

I'm pregnant and was in extreme pain. The nurse Michelle F in ER made me feel like a terrible person for NEEDING something for pain and then said at least my baby was ok which is true but for baby to be OK, mom needs to be Ok. She treated me like I was just a baby incubator and not a person. Do not ever go here if it can be avoided. I had a miscarriage there 2 years ago and they accused me of not even caring that my baby was gone.
