Bought a 2005 vtx 1300 from them a couple weeks ago. I messaged Darcy hours before and said I would be there later, when I walked in I was greeted and said I was there for the vtx, and the gentleman yelled to Darcy that "Tyler is here". That was pretty cool considering I never told the greeter my name! Darcy was very respectful of my counter offer and we agreed on a good price.
