My experience with Metro Harley is somewhat negative. So going into details I was treated poorly until I came into contact with a very knowledgeable and supportive employee named Trucker. This guy went beyond what was his job Was interested in getting to the bottom of the problem I was experiencing. Smaller dealer, has both Harley and Can Am, harley app for checking in doesn't work here. Additional fee to use your card at checkout. Clothing selection is limited compared to other harley dealers. Staff is friendly. 95% of the time if I need a part it has to be ordered even basic common parts like brake pads, inner tubes. Never had service work done here so can't advise on that. Overall it's an ok place.
