Great company. When I first called Metro Guard several years ago, I had a terrible problem with those big water bug roaches. Mark, from Metro Guard, discovered that I had water standing under my house due to a broken pipe. This was the source of all the bugs. With the water leak fixed and Metro Guard coming on a regular basis, everything is under control now. I also appreciate that you can request that the same person come each month to spray. Mark has been coming for years and is always courteous and professional.
Great service from a great company! We have been customers for several years. It is really nice to have a pest-free house. When we do see activity, we call and someone comes out right away! We are happy customers!
Metro Guard is the best! I've been a happy customer for six years now. I enjoy having the same tec visit each quarter, the follow up visits are no problem if needed and they are always so nice! Oh, and I don't have any creepy crawlers either!!!!
Scam – We asked three agencies to come out and quote us prices on a termite problem. We rejected Metro Guard because they cost way too much. Now they're trying to bill us for a service that a) we did not contract and b) they never provided. They even had the gall to send it to a collection agency. I'm sending them a letter from our lawyer. If they persist, this will end up in court. Avoid these jerks like the plague they are.
No More Pests – It's not a "bugs life" anymore at my house. The little pests have disappeared since I started using Metro Guard. They are prompt, courteous, and very efficient.
