Disrespectful, lacks integrity. I specifically stated in my home listing ads on various websites "No seller's agents or brokers, please." Less than a week later I received a solicitation from Tom De Monbrun offering to help me sell my home as discounted commissions etc. I thought my wording was quite specific. When forking over $15k, $20k or even $50k+, I would want someone I can trust and who will be respectful of my wishes. This is not what I experienced from Tom at Metro Realty Group.
