The service person Ed that comes to service our location takes great pride in his work and share all relevant information to our system immediately. Our office water cooling tower is always working properly thanks to Ed

This company came a couple of times and they Never started my boiler then after 2 weeks I hired a technician who repaired my boiler in 20 minutes . This company was trying to bill me at time & a half or make me wait longer . After they never repaired my boiler they tried billing me for services never rendered and they gave me a wrong diagnosis that the my tech told me it wasn’t the problem . This is the Worst company I ever used to repair my boiler . Absolutely Terrible !!!

This company is the absolute best. I interact with a service technician by the name of Savior from the metro group 3 times a week on a regular basis. He’s very professional when I speak to him about what’s going with the towers and its workings. Satisfied with his responses, each time I feel more at ease about cooling tower issues. If anything seems out of place he’s the first to explain and suggest repairs. Thanks for everything you guys have done for the Center.

I recently used the metro group for a plumbing issue at my home and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The technician arrived on time, was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and resolved my issue efficiently.
