I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received. The individuals handling service calls have demonstrated a lack of professionalism, and the mechanics sent to address my issue have been ineffective. I have contacted your company three separate times regarding the same problem, yet it remains unresolved. The service person Ed that comes to service our location takes great pride in his work and share all relevant information to our system immediately. Our office water cooling tower is always working properly thanks to Ed

AVOID! BE VERY WEARY OF ENTERING A CONTRACT. Unresponsive, unprofessional, and overcharges EDIT FOR CLARITY: The response from Metro Group below was only after I left the original review. All of a sudden managers and superiors were added to rectify the situation, and even with that, it still took time and a big hassle. I also had one more maintenance appointment left on my contract beyond this original issue, so I booked it a month in advance to finish up and move on.
