So disappointed in my experience here. My biggest thing is how awful the customer service was. I made an appointment and was planning on waiting with my toddler since I didn’t have a ride home. I was told it would take 3-4 hours to even diagnose! Which is dumb. So then they suggested I take their free shuttle back home which would be over an hour wait. So I paid for an Uber back.Got home and 20 minutes later I was told they were able to “expedite” my diagnosis and now had it. They found the problem but the part is on back or... read more
