Don’t make the same mistake I did, buy your used vehicle from a trusted and ethical dealership. If they don’t offer at least a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty they sell junk! At least take it to a capable mechanic to have it looked over prior to purchase! I bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee (80k miles) from this dealer a week ago. Where do I begin. Well I guess I begin on a afternoon where me and my girlfriend were out to Madison on one of our days off. We have recently been looking at the newer 2015+ GMC Yukon XL denlai’s. I noticed online via CARgurus that there was one at the Metro Ford of Madiso. We were 5 minutes away and pulled in. terrible place. Randy is the biggest sleazy, slime ball in the state of Wisconsin. I bought a used vehicle & I purchased a $2000.00 extended warranty thru Ford & they denied all coverage.. this vehicle lasted 15000 miles & I've had nothing but problems with the vehicle & problems with Randy & the service manager Scott who is the most incompetent, worthless individual I've ever met in my life.. completely ripped off.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER -- AVOID THIS DEALER In the past two years, I have purchased two vehicles from Metro Ford (within one month of each other). I thought my lease was coming due in a few months and so I went in early to check out vehicle replacement options. At the dealership, the salesman indicated that my lease wasn't ending in a few months, it actually ended in less than two weeks!
