Every visit to Metro Florist starts the same way: I come in rushed, talking too much, and asking for something I needed twenty minutes ago, even though I have only just walked in. Somehow, Inta and Denae always make it work, and they do it with patience, exceptional skill, and good humor. That day in mid-December was no exception. I called the store around 9 a.m. today, and when they picked up, they answered with an annoyed “yeah?” That immediately caught me off guard, so I asked if it was Metro Florist just to make sure I hadn’t called the wrong number. They said yes and asked me to call back later because they were dealing with an issue. The interaction didn’t feel very welcoming as a customer, so I ended up ordering my bouquet from another florist

Thank you, Metro Florist!! Unfortunately, we needed flowers for a funeral: casket spray, the standing wreath, we also purchased the flower cross and the basket with the crystal cross keepsake. When we arrived at the funeral home, the flowers not only were they delivered few hours before the agreed time but they were absolutely breathtaking! I live outside the Toronto area and needed flowers for Toronto delivery. After an hour of checking online I found Metro Florist. They have the best price in comparison and did the planter basket just beautifully. Bernadine was so very helpful, very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend them.
