DO NOT HIRE METRO FLOORING CONTRACTORS. They will not honor their warranties, and they will lie directly to you. Metro is unprofessional. Just look at the Better Business Bureau’s page of the business. They have a 1 star review average and 30 unresolved service, customer, repair, and product complaints as of this writing. I'd give them less stars if I could. The installed our new kitchen floor a few years ago. It was never right, but they wouldn't fix it. Now the pieces that had cut and dings and wouldn't lie flat are coming up and having more issues. Metro will not honor their warranty and won't even work with BBB to resolve the issue .I had another floor contractor come in today. I'd give them less stars if I could. They installed our kitched floor a few years ago. Things were never right with it. In places it wasn't cut properly, others it didn't lie flat, and some areas had little dings and cuts. They would never return to fix it properly. It's been about a year now and we've had Metro Flooring Contractors return about 6 times. They can never seem to install/fix the floor completely. There is always a place that isn't cut evenly or doesn't lay flat. At one point, a few months after the original install a piece of the floor completely pulled up and broke off.
