Set up telehealth for my kids, started off with telling them I’m a chronically ill mother so I cannot take off work because I have flare ups and appointments often. So they set up telehealth just to tell me a few days later they refuse to do telehealth with 6 year old. Therapist quick after 1st session with less than 24 hours notice and case worker never followed back up again to have me reassigned.
I tried to get into this place for 2 months. I've talked over four different people about getting in and it is unbelievable that someone messaged me back the way that they did. I'm definitely taking this interaction straight to the state. Talking to patients and clients like this is absolutely insane.
This place has NOT been good for my daughter consistency with her therapy! She got started with a great therapist but went on maternity leave, then we got a replacement. She was ok, then the other came back and she left the Company! Then here we are AGAIN started therapy only 4 visits in and now She is gone now! I don’t understand why this place can keep great therapists! Now they don’t have any available for the time we need!
