Excellent doctor! Kind and patient. There was no wait time after I filled out my paperwork. The staff was pleasant and polite.
Terrible. Waited almost two hours with appt. Plenty of good docs out there. Don’t waste your time like I did. Updated given ridiculously bad customer service response on the part of the owner. I checked in at 12:14pm for my 12:20pm. Filled out short paperwork in few min and then stood in line between two people to turn it in. Finally got called back by a tech at 1pm (40min after appt time) who tried to proceed as if I was there for a prescription eye exam (which I had to stop and re-explain was not the case - I was there for... read more
