I called Metro East about hail damage after the March 27th storm. Their project manager, Jordan, was at my house just a few hours after I called and he quickly identified several patches of hail damage. After my insurer approved the claim, Metro East quickly had their team at my house and got the job done. The work was high-quality and we had no problems. Tony and his team put a roof on for me a few years ago. Great, clean work and excellent customer service.
They completed roofing and guttering on my house, were on site when they said they would be there and finished in a timely manner. All employees were friendly and when they were complete they cleaned up and left no mess. They did mess up a piece of the driveway, when contacted took the responsibility for the damage and came back out and fixed it. Would recommend them for any job.
The professionals of Metro East Roofing did excellent work on my roof and gutters. The work and customer service was top notch. They are a Collinsville family owned business and have years of experience. They showed a strong work ethic, probably in part taught to them by their grade school teachers. A+. Even the office management ladies were professional and friendly.
I have called them at least 4 times to try to get them to come back and fix the bad job they did on my gutters. Nobody ever calls back or shows up. We had six inch gutters installed and the rain still goes over the top of the gutters because they were installed too low. I tried to get them to replace the fascia but they didn't want to. Save your money and use a different company!
