I will say this, Metro East Management may be a decent company, but they also have management services. Which means, an owner may own a building or properties, Metro East Management will be "in charge" of receiving the money from the tenants and the owners will get paid through them. I say this primarily because before one moves in, like myself, may be promised many things regarding the property, but none of it will be true, simply because the company did not go over things with the owner before promising certain things.
