As a fellow professional in the mental & behavioral health space, I know stellar therapy services when I see it. Metro-Detroit Men's Therapy is indeed top-notch. I have come know, like and trust MDMT implicitly. I participated in one of their 8-week group therapy sessions myself, and it was excellent. MDMT is the real deal, and I highly recommend them accordingly.

Mike and his team are great colleagues for us to refer clients to, they do real good therapy for trauma and men’s issues. Their men’s retreats are also very special experiences that have helped a lot of people find inner peace and healing

As a fellow therapist, I'm so appreciative of the work they do. They are excellent at helping men with nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, and deeper self-understanding.
