This place is horrible , I’ve been living at this rental for 6 years and only because every time I try to get the money to move they either take me to court for a small water bill or saying I owe back rent which is not true I have every receipt for every month . they do not take care they’re rentals I have had no heat for past week and no answer at all from them . ZERO STARS. WORST COMPANY TO RENT FROM. BEEN IN MY HOUSE 3 YEARS AND STILL HAVE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS PENDING FROM LAST YEAR. WE PAID TO HAVE THE FURNACE FIXED THE FIRST WINTER WE WERE HERE BECAUSE WE HAD NO HEAT FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS. They wouldn't accept our receipt for it so we're still out $350. Haven't had ac in 3 weeks with no sign of it being fixed ever. Serious electrical issues in this home too they don't care about. It's so bad, it blew out my brand new washer AND dryer.
