Where to start, first they are terrible at managing schedules and appointments. Previously received appointment confirmations only to have them canceled same day (yet they expect 24 hours notice), was charged for x-rays that they said would be covered. They were not and the solution was to pay half for their mistake (which I did) and today made an appointment the receptionist confirmed for Mon. my initial email says Monday, get there, they explain the procedure after waiting nearly 30 minutes in the chair they tell me my app... read more

Was never coming back as the Hygienist told me fluoride would be covered twice a year and of course it wasn’t. Asked her 5 times to be sure and guess what, I received a bill in the mail. Called metro dental and they said it’s my insurance’s fault. Called my insurance and they said my plan has always been the same so unsure why metro dental would say all of a sudden it’s covered twice a year. Absolutely ridiculous!
