On 1/12/20, I experience the absolute best treatment from a Dental Office. From the time you walk in, the front desk staff is absolutely charming, the wait time is not long at all. Once in the back, you are greeted by another set of wonderful staff members. Everything is explained in laymen terms and the price is told upfront prior to any major procedures. They also offer financing.

I had some major issues that needed attention. The Summit Dental staff gave me hope that my dental problem could be fixed. I was so comfortable with the dental care that I kept falling asleep (lol). The staff on the South Braeswood location are empathetic and they comforted me as I discussed a past experience that dramatically impacted my oral health. The whole point...I truly appreciate Summit Dental, they will be my only choice for dental care and I will recommend them to my patients, my employees and peers!

One day they told me my son needed eighth root canals. He is 6 years old so I knew something was off. Long story short they said he had cavities and so much other things wrong with his teeth. I got a second opinion and they told me he had no cavities and didn't need any root canals which I figured because he's only 6 he has baby teeth. Bottom line these people were trying to make me pay so much money for something my son never had. Be careful and I will advise parents to not go to this place. Dentists keeps changing but last dentist I saw was very nice and professional. but the remaing staff is extremely rude!! they always have ignoring attitude!! Even the manager herself is fake and liar! I asked the manager and staff many times I needed the copy of what I signed and the report of the dental work done, The manager said she will email me within 2 days, it has been more than 6 months still she did not send it!! I will not recommand to anyone!!!!

When given the cost of my treatment of insurance I brought up the coupon for 20% off for a cash payment. They did not want to honor it. Instead a lie was told to saying that the deal was getting my anesthesia for free, but that was not the term of the coupon which is on the website. Just please, take away the coupon from your website if you cannot honor it because excuses given dont add up..
