**UPDATED REVIEW** Joe Azar replied very unprofessional to the reviews and then changed them when someone commented about how unprofessional he was about his google review responses. SEE SCREENSHOTS BELOW Joe Azar is very unprofessional and very rude. His team has no communication what so ever. Joe Azar Is very unprofessional and rude. You can see the way he responds to other reviews as a reference of his “professionalism” do not recommend this place.

Joe azar is very unprofessional if I could give this company zero stars I would. Joe approved me for a townhouse and prepared a lease for me. The next day I emailed him to set up a time to come in and sign the lease. He did not respond. I emailed him multiple times, and heard nothing back. I called him and I believe he blocked my number because my calls did not even ring. Dishonest rental practices. Do not recommend. Rented a townhouse for three years from Joe Azar and left in in better condition than I found it. Was rewarded with a threat of charging an additional month's rent upon reciept of ample notice (35 days) of intent to vacate and purchase a house, and the theft of a portion of my initial security deposit - Inflated "cleaning fees" for "removal of crumbs" and charges for services provided free by the city of Albuquerque.
