We called Paul to do a basic service on our HVAC systems. We have three separate units and one of them is very old and loud. Paul advised us that replacement was the only option if we wanted a very quiet system, but suggested a few affordable repairs he could make in the short term to help with the noise. We had him replace the fan and motor, which made a big difference. I know that full replacement is going to have to happen soon, but appreciate Paul providing options to postpone that a bit longer.

If you are looking for missed diagnosis, delayed service, and have someone use profane language at the customer then this is your company. Apparently they cannot keep up with the demand and is very unprofessional as well as poor customer service. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever received and DO NOT recommend this company.
