I purchased this condo with Beatrice 9 years ago as a short sale and since then she has been managing it as a rental property. She has done a terrific job since day one and has been fully engaged and committed. We sold the unit yesterday at a nice profit. She is an amazing realtor. My condo has been listed for 2 years without any offer prior to hiring Ms. Miranda. I knew I have made the right choice by hiring her because of her skills, successful and interactive marketing as well as her connections and local market knowledge. What I didn't know was, how quickly and easily the condo would get exposed and get sold. My condo literally got under contract WITHIN the second week of her listing and closed in 45 day after. As a fist- time home seller, Beatrice offered both expertise and professionalism. She has extensive knowledge of what sells and doesn't sell in the area when preparing a home for sale, and combines her extensive of knowledge of how the whole processes work, providing resources and maintaining complete transparency through it all. Best and most knowledgeable Realtor we have worked with through many Real Estate transactions. She provided names of several service contractors we needed to prepare the property and handled all scheduling and coordination with them. She was very responsive to all our questions. We were amazed she was able to sell our property in the middle of a pandemic in a few short weeks. If we buy or sell another property we would only work with Beatrice.
