Hey recently visited Metrocity dentistry , First of all great service by the front desk they help me to apply for cdcp and followed me regularly regarding the same . After I was having cdcp , I visited the clinic the team is very professional and experienced , amazing treatment done by the dentist . I will definitely come back here and also recommend others . They will help you everytime .
recently visited this dental office for a cleaning after being told my university insurance would cover 100% of the cost. Based on this information, I agreed to the service. However, after the cleaning I was informed that my insurance only covered 75%, and I had to pay the balance out of pocket. This was very disappointing and felt misleading. Never stepping a foot in this place again, I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist, Sandeep. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and gave me unnecessary attitude just because I needed to reschedule my appointment. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she made it seem like it was my fault that she had to update the doctor’s schedule—which is literally part of her job. This was my first dental appointment, and I couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly, the environment was clean and welcoming, and the dentist made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend for anyone nervous about visiting the dentist!
