I'm sorry that she STILL did not understand our 30 minute consultation which included price per hour for color correction which took 5 hours...to INCLUDE technique/product/time for her extremely thick long hair...SHE ABSOLUTELY GOT WHAT SHE PAID FOR AND LOVED THE RESULTS!!! PRICES ARE ON MY WEBSITE...THAT SHE ADMITTED NUMEROUS TIMES SHE WAS AWARE...
