We had a great experience with Metro Chem-Dry. Alex was a pleasure to work with — very communicative, honest, and transparent about his fair pricing from the start. He worked incredibly hard and did a fantastic job cleaning several of our carpets, including removing spots that we were not sure would come out. The results were excellent, and it’s clear he cares about doing quality work and treating customers right. We would gladly use Metro Chem-Dry again and highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.
Alex and his dad did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets in my two dog house. They were able to remove some pretty deep stains from my husband's shoes on the stairs. My house now smells fresh and clean and not like soap or chemicals. They were thorough and professional. I highly recommend them.
