Metro carpet did a wonderful job from start to finish helping us pick out flooring and new carpet for our stairs and having it installed. They were quick to respond to questions and help anyway they could. We would definitely recommend!

We used Metro Carpet Outlet for our condo in Minneapolis. Carrie and Butch were very responsive, easy to work with, and knowledgeable on the carpet needs for our place. They were prompt and very competitive on pricing. We would definitely use them again!
We had a bit of a hiccup with our appointment. However, the owners were focused on making us happy customers. They personally attended to our project. We are pleased with both the carpet and the vinyl plank flooring we purchased. We will definitely work with them in the future.
