The receptionist doesn't believe in greeting the patients and was very rude. The receptionist didn't bother to put the lights on in the waiting area, not good for fall risk patients. The medical assistant turned her back on me when I asked a question and didn't answer me. By far the rudest group of office staff I have ever met.
