Metro has always taken Good Care of all my Vehicles!
I had to delete my original post. These guys SUCK! I paid for the interior to be done. They did 3/4 of it and left everything oily. They got the fabric oily too. Windows are not clean and floors not vacuumed. I could have done this at home and saved $50.. DON'T USE THEM!!!!
Horrible. They did a horrible job washing my truck... sloppy dirty swirl marks everywhere after I left. I go to wipe some of the dirt away when a bunch of scratches are revealed. I go back and talked to the manager and ask him to buff them out. He refuses, and when I get upset, he says, "what are you going to hit me." The owner comes out and same thing. "What are you going to do about it? Do you want to threaten me?" Seriously though, who says stuff like that? They are now antagonizing me at this point of the interaction. Cl... read more
RecommendedWash is very good. Must be doing something really right as been at this location for ages! Prices are truly a value for full service wash. Yet things recently have changed for even the better as they have brought George over to manage. George ran Beacon Bay washes for close to 30 years before they sold and closed. With his leadership and professional influence people there care more and all good from the work to customer service and friendly communications with all customers, is improving even more so! This place is horrible. I give them 2 stars because of the price and that is it. I made the mistake of going back here after vowing to myself that I would never go here again. I was sucked in by the $11.99 early bird special, and I got talked into the $39.95 hand wax upgrade. These jerk offs waxed bird poop into my paint. Luckily I caught it within 30 minutes and was able to get through the wax and buff the poop out before it permanently sealed and ate into the clear coat. These guys have zero pride in their work.
