Poor girl needed help at the front desk. It was just her. I left because of the delay. Not the workers fault at all. Hire her help!!!!!
I went in yesterday and Gabriela helped me 😁🤗 (I switched from AT&T to Metro, it was getting to expensive for me for just 1 line.) She was extremely helpful, kind, very patient bcuz I got there like 30mins before they closed 😬😬 I loved that she spoke Spanish because a family came in and she was helping them as well. (It's a plus when customer service people speak Spanish) She helped me switch over with ease and very polite throughout the whole process. Thank You Gabriela 🫶
