I’ve been a patient for many years. very upset with the way this office is Now treating their patients .I will not be going back, Never had a balance on my account always paid my co-pay. upon taking a virtual visit and not having my card handy, I asked to pay on the online portal which they offer. I was here for 8 years. They switched to Geode and went down the toilet almost immediately. An employee lied about a conversation we had and got me dropped as a client without anyone making sure I had enough medicine until I could meet my new psychiatrist. They tried to charge me $75 for a no show AFTER they dropped me as a client and refused to handle it for almost a year before a debt collection agency reached out and I told them the truth. Geode came in and ruined a pretty good practice. I have had nothing but issues since Geode bought this place out. Currently looking for a new office to work with.
