Dr. Makim and Dr Shah are both great providers. Dr. Makim is very attentive and responsive to needs. He returns calls very promptly with good recommendations. Dr. Shah gives good advice and counsels adolescents with ADHD / depression.

I’ve been a patient for many years. very upset with the way this office is Now treating their patients .I will not be going back, Never had a balance on my account always paid my co-pay. upon taking a virtual visit and not having my card handy, I asked to pay on the online portal which they offer. I was told they would not patch me through to the doctor ,until my $35 was paid they do not care about your mental health. I was here for 8 years. They switched to Geode and went down the toilet almost immediately. An employee lied about a conversation we had and got me dropped as a client without anyone making sure I had enough medicine until I could meet my new psychiatrist. They tried to charge me $75 for a no show AFTER they dropped me as a client and refused to handle it for almost a year before a debt collection agency reached out and I told them the truth.
