Booked an appointment over the phone for 1.5hrs out which was confirmed by the ladies in the store as they talked to each other about who was available. Showed up for the appt and watched the lady I was scheduled with take someone else back 10 minutes after my scheduled appt time. I was then told that the other lady would be available “when she’s done” with whoever she was with. 10 more min go by and still no haircut, walked out. Can't Believe John the Barber has left..I will definitely be going with him to his new location just down the street....at John's Barber Shop.
Val was my stylist. He really listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut. I'm happily accepting the compliments that come from his skill.
