Horrible service they lie about prices and charge me extra after I called and asked for a total price
Regularly get bad heavy line items from these guys. Michael always asks where we need to be on pricing and then sends us a transmission that won't even back out of the shop upon completion. Doesn't matter what the price is if the transmission won't even go into gear. Used auto parts are always a gamble but only to a reasonable extent. To charge the pricing of a quality part and not even know if it will get out of the shop is bad business.
