Avoid if you value the interior of your car – My brand new car was involved in a collision. I took it to Metro Auto Rebuild on the advise of my car dealer. Please run, run away from this shop. Upon a surprise visit I discovered the light interior of my brand new vehicle was not protected at all, the mat seats, dash board was all covered in dust. Nothing for free???? Not so! – I took my husbands car in for an estimate. He had ripped off one side of his bumper pulling out of a parking place on one of those annoying cement stoppers. I asked for an estimate and Wayne took the car....I also pointed out a black scratch on the trunk that my huband said he wanted removed. I went for a coffee and came back 1/2 hr. later. Mediocre quality with little customer care – Staff did not return calls and could not confirm the timing of the repair. It took a week onger and $1.5K more expensive than the initial estimate
Look Close and beware – First repair after an accident seemed good until my door handle popped off and I discovered it had been put on with double sided tape. I returned to have them fix it and they glued it on.
