I was going to use these guy but saw a one star. A doctor gave me another phone number to call 1-800-256-5483 .... I called them and they were great.

Terrible experience. The therapists yelled at us and humiliated us. I was in there a year and no preparation for the "outside world" was given once treatment was to be finished. The therapists also arbitrarily punished us. Don't waste your money or life here.
