I contacted several flooring experts to provide a quote for refinishing. I was told several conflicting quotes as to the scope of the work. (I was told the flooring was a laminate, etc...) I was contacted by the owner (Joel) shortly after my initial request for a quote. He was able to meet me at the house the very next day. He properly identified the fact that the floors were engineered, and provided a quote that was thousand$$$ less that the various competing flooring companies. I submitted my project. Joe called within 15 minutes. He was able to provide information and pricing over the phone. He gave us a reminder call the day before the job and called back the day of the job to check on his crew. The floor looks awesome and we are extremely pleased.
