We worked with Metro Appraisals on recent home sale and had a great experience. The sale ended up getting complicated (for reasons unrelated to Metro) and our appraiser was incredibly helpful and responsive to questions as we navigated the transaction. I would definitely recommend Metro Appraisals!
I called to get an appraisal for my dad and was very pleased with the whole process. He was able to come out the same day I called and accommodated a later in the day appointment was very professional and helpful with the process. 100% recommend and would use again.

It's not very often I feel like I have to write a review due to excellent service, but it's also not often you find a company who the employee is nice, and has the job done fast. I was really shocked to get a call from the bank the next day saying everything was done. Appraisals aren't something you do often, but if I ever need another one I wouldn't go anywhere but here.
